Please be aware that our warranty does not extend to issues arising from improper use, installation, or wiring, nor does it cover non-compliance with our detailed installation instructions available on our website. To avoid inadvertently voiding your warranty, we highly recommend employing a certified electrician for the installation process to ensure compatibility with your existing electrical systems. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in the warranty being voided and the product becoming ineligible for refund or exchange.

Damage and Shipping Issue Protocol

Upon delivery of your order, please conduct a thorough inspection of the package. While we recognize that damages during shipping fall outside our direct control, we are committed to providing comprehensive assistance in facilitating the claim process with the courier service to rectify the issue as efficiently as possible.

Cancellations and Change-of-Mind Returns

While we strive to accommodate our customers' needs, it's important to note that cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are subject to an 8% administration fee. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer refunds. We encourage our customers to review all product specifications and certification requirements prior to finalizing their purchase to ensure satisfaction and prevent the need for cancellations or returns due to a change of mind.

In select circumstances, exchanges for a different item may be considered, provided the original item has not been used and remains in its original packaging. Any costs associated with the return and reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
